African American Rodeo Volunteer opportunity

Parents and Scholars 

On July 22, Alpha Merit will be volunteering at the Black Rodeo at the Fair Park Coliseum. We appreciate your willingness to serve and represent Alpha Merit in the community.

Please review the following volunteer instructions:

• Arrival Time: Please arrive promptly at 5:00 PM.
• Entry Location: Enter Fair Park through Gate 3 and proceed to the Coliseum Event Center.
• Attire: Wear your Alpha Merit T-Shirt for identification purposes.
• Hydration: Please bring extra water to stay hydrated throughout the event.
